I'm a stylist, nanny, and figure skating coach. After graduating from college and working in the fashion retail industry for several years, 2020 was the year I took my passion for style and turned it into a business! I love DIY home projects and I’m equally comfortable operating a power saw or picking out the perfect pair of shoes. I'm extremely close with my family and they are frequently recipients of my solicited (or unsolicited) fashion advice.
When I went to college, I wanted to be an orthodontist. Then a health psychologist…then a nurse. And now I’m a personal stylist & closet organizer – WHAT?!
I graduated from Wheaton with pre-reqs required for nursing school. Add in a CNA job at a local nursing home, and it was safe to say I was set to go to school for a Masters in Nursing…right?
While working as a CNA, I got a part-time job as a stylist at EVEREVE as a “fun side job”. But then I fell in love with it – my colleagues, the customers, and the outfits (duh!). I loved seeing the smile on a woman’s face when she finally tries on a pair of jeans that fit HER body. I loved seeing a shy customer completely transform throughout her style session, as we find outfits that match her personality (but also push her a little outside of her comfort zone!).
Working at EVEREVE was the first time I felt real purpose in a job. What started out as my “fun side job” turned into a full time job by the next summer! I also worked at the EVEREVE corporate office for a few years after working in-store.
I loved my experience working as a stylist there, but I didn’t love the materialist “you need to buy this!!!” that comes with a job in the retail industry. And so I knew I wanted to do something similar on a more personalized basis for my friends, family, and community, where I can go in their closets (in-person or virtually) and help them reimagine the clothes they already own.
My most popular service is closet clean outs/organization, with outfit styling as a close 2nd. And I also have sold clothes online in a consignment capacity for 50+ clients!
So, all that to say; I’m so glad you’re along for the journey. Whether you’ve known me since elementary school, or if we’ve never had the pleasure of meeting in person…I’M SO GLAD YOU’RE HERE. Feel free to follow along on Instagram, where I’m constantly posting styling & organization tips!
