Hi!

my name is
katie bjorlin.

I'm a stylist, nanny, and figure skating coach. After graduating from college and working in the fashion retail industry for several years, 2020 was the year I took my passion for style and turned it into a business! I love DIY home projects and I’m equally comfortable operating a power saw or picking out the perfect pair of shoes. I'm extremely close with my family and they are frequently recipients of my solicited (or unsolicited) fashion advice.

Need some outfit ideas for Easter? Here are 6 outfit formulas for you to try! Goal here is for you to be able to find something you ALREADY OWN, without need to buy something new. But I’ll add a few affiliate links (from which I would make a small amount of commission at no cost to you) in case you are looking to expand your wardrobe.

1. Cream or white dress.

Easter is the supposed date where it’s okay to wear white again. And while I think that’s an outdated thought, white or cream is still a great outfit choice for Easter!

Here’s a great white dress option from Target. And one with fun flutter sleeves from Old Navy!

2. Floral dress.

Time to break out your spring dresses in bright colors or spring patterns! This one is a past season from Old Navy. Here is a super fun midi floral dress they have this season. And Target has this fun balloon sleeve pink one!

3. Sweater + skirt.

This outfit formula you can play around with depending on the climate you live in. For example, I live in Minnesota and the high for Easter is in the 30’s….So I will probably wear some version of this outfit – probably with a midi skirt & booties.

4. Statement top.

Lots of ways you can go here! Look in your closet for tops with fun sleeve details, bright colors, spring patterns. Adding a pop of color in your shoes would be great too!

5. Bright cardigan.

Cardigans are an easy light layer for this time of year. Add over a tank & skirt, over a dress, or with pants & fun heels. Cardigans are a super easy secondhand/thrift store find. I got this one from my grandma lol!

6. White pants.

Similar to the white dress, now’s the time to wear white pants again if you didn’t all winter! Add in other neutral colors (tan, cream, denim) for a crisp springtime / Easter look.

Here is a slouchy straight white jean option from Old Navy – I like them so much, I just added them to my cart!

Use any of these ideas? Send me a message on IG @katiebstyle – I’d love to know!
