Here is a great option for your dressier Memorial Day weekend events – like going to a Memorial Day remembrance service (like I’ll be doing for my grandpa!). I’m wearing these straight leg white jeans from Old Navy. White shoes add to the chic look with the white jeans, but swap for some sneakers if you’re going to be on the move.

If you’re going to be spending the weekend on the lake, make sure you bring a pair of denim shorts (like these ones) to thrown on over your suit! if you’re wearing a two-piece suit, add a white button up to your bag too.

I paired my black bodycon dress with an oversized chambray shirt for an effortless look. It would also look super cute with a white button up (like this one here) worn the same way! I added a bandana tied around my neck for a fun pop of color.

The sandals are from Amazon, I’ve had them for 4 years and still wear them regularly!

Denim short overalls are a new one for me – but I think they’ll be a staple of my summer nannying wardrobe! These overalls are from Target – FYI, I sized up 2 sizes for a looser fit.
